Personal data processed
When you request an appointment or contact us, your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and any notes you share may be processed. During a consultation, your health data is processed in line with the relevant legislation and with your explicit consent.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Receiving appointment requests and contacting you,
- Planning and providing consultation and treatment services,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Website and the “We’ll call you” form
The name and phone number you share in the form are stored in our website’s administration panel and notified to our clinic by email solely to call you and plan an appointment. Only authorised clinic staff can access this information; it is not used for any other purpose, not shared with third parties, and deleted once the purpose is fulfilled. If the form cannot be sent, you may send your request via WhatsApp, in which case WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.
Electronic communication consent
If you accept the “Electronic Communication Consent”, we may send you messages by SMS, phone, email or WhatsApp about our treatments, informative content and appointment reminders, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its regulation. This consent is optional and is not required for your appointment request. You can withdraw it at any time using the opt-out option in our messages or by contacting us.
Cookies and third-party content
Our website uses only cookies that are essential for it to work. If analytics tools are used, they are activated only with your consent. YouTube videos and Google Maps load only when you click on them; in that case the provider’s cookie and privacy policies apply. YouTube videos are shown in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. If you use services such as the online booking system, that platform’s own privacy notice applies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. You can send your requests in writing to the address above.
