Dermal Filler Treatments
Balanced, natural-looking volume support for the lips, cheeks, chin, under-eyes and other areas with hyaluronic acid fillers.

As we age, the face does not only develop wrinkles. Bone support decreases, fat pads thin and shift downward, and the skin loses moisture and elasticity. This loss of volume and support is an important reason a face can look tired, hollow or sagging. Facial fillers aim to support this loss in a controlled way.
In Dr. Fulya Koç’s filler treatments, hyaluronic acid fillers are used. Hyaluronic acid is a molecule that occurs naturally in the body and holds water. The forms used as fillers are prepared in different densities depending on the area, and the body gradually breaks them down over months. The fact that they can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase when needed is a feature that stands out from a safety point of view.
At the Ataşehir clinic, the aim is not to fill the lips, the cheeks or a single line, but to assess the face as a whole and help you look more rested while keeping your own expression. Sometimes this means using less filler, and sometimes it means proceeding with treatments that support the skin’s own collagen production.

Questions about Dermal Filler Treatments
Hyaluronic acid fillers are not permanent; the body breaks them down over time. The duration depends on the area, the density of the filler used and the person’s metabolism. In the lips it is usually 6–12 months, and in less mobile areas such as the cheeks and chin it is 12–18 months and may sometimes last longer.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This is important both for correcting an unwanted appearance and in rare emergencies such as a blocked blood vessel.
Fillers directly replace lost volume, and the effect is visible right after the treatment. Biostimulator treatments, often called youth boosters, support the skin’s own collagen production; their effects appear more slowly and gradually. After an examination, one or both can be planned depending on your needs.
Common effects are swelling, bruising and tenderness, which usually pass within a few days. A rare but serious risk is the filler entering or pressing on a blood vessel. For this reason, a technique suited to the anatomy is used, the treatment is performed slowly and in small amounts, and hyaluronidase is always kept on hand.
